FAQS: 
When will I receive my order!? 
All of our treats are dispatched within 2-7 working days. We send them all by Royal Mail 1st class delivery which again is 1-2 working days. Due to the pandemic our treats are currently taking anywhere between 1-10 working days. We cannot be held responsible for any treats that arrive later than expected! 

How much is delivery!? 
If you spend between £0-£18 delivery is £5, anything over £18 is £7

Do you offer any items for vegans or those with allergies!? 
This is not currently something we offer.

How long will my treats last!?
All of our treats are sent out as fresh as possible! If stored correctly (in an airtight container) they should last between 7-14 days. 

Can I freeze my treats!? 
Most of our treats are suitable for home freezing! This includes, cookies, brownies & blondies. 

Can I order an item to be delivered on a specific date!?
Unfortunately this is not something we offer. 




Returns & refunds. 
Here at top tier treats we hope to never have an unhappy customer.
We take customer service very seriously and work to resolve any issues quickly! please use the contact email at the bottom of the page to discuss any issues that you may have! 
If 7 days have passed since your item has been delivered then you will not be eligible for a refund! 
To be eligible for a return all of the items must be unopened and in the same condition in which you received it! It must be returned to us in the original packaging and proof of postage will be required.
Once items have been returned to us, we will inspect them and let you know if you are eligible for a refund!
